Programs are customized for your specific goals.  

1:1 Training

3 sessions/week in your home or online.  

24/7 coaching support & accountability as well as weekly progress check-ins.  

Initial complimentary assessment included. Choose from a 4, 8 or 12 week program

COSTS

4 weeks - $600

8 weeks - $1000

12 weeks - $1450

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Up to 6 people maximum.  This can be done in a class environment, or more specialized based on similar goals.  Work colleagues, family, friends..whoever your accountability partners will be, lets discuss the best plan of attack!
