WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

The beauty of working out from home is that you can still get a killer workout in, without needing much space!  Most of my classes use dumbbells only.  Some classes use resistance loops (not necessary) and kettlebells (also optional).  IF you need to update your home workout space, our parent company FITFIX Inc. can get you anything you need to have a successful “at home” workout experience.  Reach out for details.

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?

It can be intimidating working out in a gym environment where quite often, the machines you want to use or need for your fitness program, aren’t always available.  You can get the same workout experience at home with less equipment, and feel more confident and comfortable being in your own space. I can design workouts for you that will still target all of the major muscle groups!

DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?

The key to any successful fitness program, is the marriage of exercise & nutrition!  If you are looking to amp up your program, we can discuss options to include meal plans, healthy recipes, and nutritional coaching! This is an add-on option to your current program and an additional cost will incur.  Contact me for more info.
